A Consultant is an expert in a particular field. They typically provide recommendations and solutions for a situation. A coach works with clients to utilize a client’s expertise to develop solutions that fit their values and personality.

There are a lot of coaches out there, what makes you different?

First, I have completed an accredited training program through the International Coach Academy. Many people call themselves a Coach and have not been formally instructed to become one. Lastly, my life experience and personality distinguish my coaching style. I invite you to setup a discovery session to get a sample of what it would be like to work with me.

Does this happen in person or over the phone?

I coach over the phone.

How long of a commitment do I have to make to coaching?

I ask that clients make a 3 month commitment to coaching. It takes time for people to make significant and substantial changes in their life. After 12 weeks, most people see the benefits coaching can bring into their life.
